This delightful novella continues the story of the fierce Remy Kessler and the dreamy Yavok that began in Unleashed.
We meet up with them again after 6 years have passed. They are now the happily married Remy and Yavok Kessler and are parents to two delightful children, their ballerina daughter Katarina, and their baby son Vladislav
• Remy has mellowed (comparatively!) over the years, but make no mistake, she is still one ruthless, determined Boss Lady and takes no prisoners to ensure the family business thrives. *SHOE*
On the other side is her protective nurturing nature that she has for her family.
• Yavok too, has adapted so well to his life as a Kessler, and has become an integral part of the family business. He truly is SuperDad, but still retains his stubborn nature.
I loved how their relationship has developed into a life partnership with joint goals. Both remained inherently true to character, and it was heart-warming to see the love and respect they shared shines through. They understand what each other needs and are determined to deliver.

Remy is still in charge of the business and still takes Yavok to task if he veers off the track... cue spicy D/s steam!!
Xavier, I loved all the sweet, (the not so sweet/violent),spicy, steamy, and romantic moments delivered in Unleashed Syn. I'm excitedly waiting for more in the series.

Wow! This is a very intense read, even though it’s short, it packs a punch with these characters. Remy and Yavok have a deep connection, there are ups and downs, good and bad, but they fight together. It’s a story of love, a story of passion. I love Yavok, his devotion to Remy, to those adorable kids, it’s something that will make you smile and squeeze your heart. Remy is a woman in charge, that takes everything seriously and doesn’t let anything go without seeing it. She rules her world with no apologies! It will take you on a ride! I loved getting to visit with old friends and see where life has taken them.

This novella has all the elements we loved from the first book, with a deeper look into it all. I cannot wait for the next book in this series!

I love Remy! She's a force to be reckoned with. But you have to love Yavok too! He is totally devoted to his wife, kids, and the family business, whether he ends up getting himself into trouble or not. Remy and Yavok are a match made in heaven. And little Katerina! She's a spitfire!

Unleashed Syn was the perfect accompaniment to Unleashed. It is absolutely an expansion of its predecessor, it isn’t a repetitive sequel meant to revisit a completed story. The plot is new, the mystery is new, it is a successful continuation portraying a different aspect to Remy now that she has her husband and children and is no longer the orphaned queen with none to trust in.
Unleashed Syn provides a glimpse of more than just our main characters. We get to see the satisfying future of favorite side characters from Unleashed as well as a more in depth introduction of Remy and Yavok’s children, Vlad and Kat, who were so full of personality already that I’m committed to reading any future story written about them.
This novella held the same enrapturing personal dynamics between Yavok and Remy, their sexual desires unchanged despite the progression of their relationship from pet in cage to married with children. It had everything that made Unleashed such a unique and riveting read. The violence, the criminal underground, the evolving relationship between Remy and Yavok even after their previously designated HEA.
All in all, if you enjoyed Unleashed, you’ll love Unleashed Syn. I already can’t wait for what comes next.

Holy moly!!! I LOVED IT!! This author turned my world upside down with this one because I surely didn’t realize how much I would love it!!
Remy is still such a fierce woman and I love how even though she’s a mother now and a wife it hasn’t affected her too much! I love her savages ways to make everyone suffer!
Yavok has increased my desire for him too! While his wife is just as sexy, with them both seems intoxicating to be around! I hate how things played out with him but understand why they happened.
This books and the previous have both taken me into a world where I didn’t know I desired to read about and that’s the amazing thing about this author! She takes you were you never expected to thrive, to crave and need!

This novella brings us back to the Sin Syndicate. I love that all the leaders are women. These are badass, ruthless women.
This is an update on Remy and Yavok. I loved seeing Remy be vulnerable and "soft". Traits she can only show in private. To the world she is heartless and cold and sometimes that means she has to show that to her partner.
I loved this. I loved seeing both characters as parents and discussing the future of their kids along with their fears. It was realistic in a fictional story.
I loved seeing how both characters still had their strengths and fought for each other when necessary.
This was the update I didn't know I needed and I loved the mention of another character from a separate book.
If Xavier writes it, I will read it.

A novella like this has shaken me like a leaf to the wind. Remy and Yovak couldn't help but fall in love with them. The author displaying the leads' diverse development was wonderful; I could see how much each of them has grown. The emotional intensity and the passion were high, but it was a wonderful experience. There are so many things I look forward to in the next book. Remy and Yovak are a powerful couple, yet they are also powerful individuals separately. It was a from-beginning-to-end page-turner! This book blew me away with its intensity, chemistry, and characters! The book turned out to be something I didn't expect!

It was amazing to get a glimpse into Remy and Yavok future. This novella was everything I expected and more. Reading them move forward despite the imperfections made the read flawless. I loved getting to know there kids and also other secondary characters whom I liked. By the end I was even more in love with Remy, Yavok and was swooning. It was a perfect addition to there story and I cannot wait for the next book.

Xavier Neal has delivered another look into the life of the baddest female I’ve known, Remy Kessler. I fear her and respect her.
We see Remy and Yavok a few years into their lives. A family and still living the very skillfully orchestrated life within the syndicate. Yavok has become the man Remy needed and Remy has slowly evolved into the woman, wife, and mother that leads her people.
There still seems to be those looking to topple Remy’s reign. And Yavok occasionally struggles to find balance in her world. But Remy never allows those around her to forget who is in charge. And she doesn’t hold back in wielding her power.
I have a deep appreciation for this couple and how they try to balance in their world.

This is a follow-up novella so if you haven't read the first book...stop what you're doing and get on that!! Seriously Unleashed is great if you enjoy a dark, twisty, romance book. Ok, that's done...let's talk novella. First, I adore that we get to revisit Remy and Yavok, that we get to see what they have been doing, how their lives have changed, how they have grown as individuals and as a couple and how the business is going. While this is a shorter book, it is packed with everything you need. You get the twists, the turns, the dark and steaminess you expect from the couple, plus brutal action. It's got it all and I am here for it! So delighted to get to see this glimpse of the future for them and I can't wait to see where we go next with they Synful Syndicate. Great read!!

Wow!! I love the relationship that has developed between Remy & Yavok. They’re now married with two children. Remy is still in charge but has mellowed out to adapt to being a business woman & mom. Yavok still would do anything for her including helping her relax when business gets stressful if you know what I mean *wink wink*. Yavok is a super dad though and it’s so sexy!! They really are an awesome couple and I can’t wait to see what comes next in this series.

This is book 1.5 in the Synful Syndicate Series. It is a novella that follows Remy and Yavok, who are the couple featured in book one.
I really enjoyed this story. Yavok is my absolute favorite! I am seriously in love with the man! I loved seeing him with the family he adores. I loved seeing how both Yavok and Remy have been changed by marriage and parenthood. If you read and loved book one, then you will love this one too! I’m super excited to see what comes next!

Amazing continuation on Remy and Yavok's story in this novella. I'm so happy to have been able to hear more about their dynamic together and now they clashed and thrived.
Still two amazing characters whom "love" each other and strive to make it work between them but sometimes childhood conditioning can make normal hard to do!
Definitely read book 1 first as it is a series!

This novella was a followup of Unleashed. It's set a few years after the ending of Unleashed.
In this, we see Remy and Yavok;s life after the events of Unleashed. They are married and have children. Yavok is a doting father and is always there for their kids. Remy is still cruel and cold-hearted because she still must maintain her image and not let others see her as weak. She is better to Yavok, but not the whole time.
Again, I did not like having the forgein language without the translation on the page. Don't get me wrong, I love seeing the different languages; I just don't like having to go out of my way to get the translation.
This book had a lot of dark themes, so check the trigger warnings. Also, it CANNOT be read as a standalone, so you have to read Unleashed before this. Now, that being said, the storyline was great despite this being a short read. I enjoyed seeing Remy and Yavok navigate their new life as parents. They juggle being great parents while still being the fearless and ruthless leaders of the organization.

I loved that this novella gave us another glimpse into Remy and Yavok’s marriage. The imperfections that could still be discovered and how they handled them. It was great seeing that they haven’t lost their personalities but also are forced to change in ways they didn’t realize. I am looking forward to the next book in this series and the hint you saw into what it will be.

I loved how their relationship has developed into a life partnership with joint goals. Both remained inherently true to character, and it was heart-warming to see the love and respect they shared shines through. They understand what each other needs and are determined to deliver.

We meet up with them again after 6 years have passed. They are now the happily married Remy and Yavok Kessler and are parents to two delightful children, their ballerina daughter Katarina, and their baby son Vladislav
• Remy has mellowed (comparatively!) over the years, but make no mistake, she is still one ruthless, determined Boss Lady and takes no prisoners to ensure the family business thrives. *SHOE*
On the other side is her protective nurturing nature that she has for her family.
• Yavok too, has adapted so well to his life as a Kessler, and has become an integral part of the family business. He truly is SuperDad, but still retains his stubborn nature.

The Kesslers are back.
The Kesslers are back with a speculator story that continues from the from the first one.
It's 6 years later, and Yavok and Remy happily married raising a family.
Remy has changed. She is more relaxed and not quick to jump off the handles in the first book.
But she is still a badass, ruthless, boss lady.
Yavok has managed to adapt to his new lifestyle but will burn the world down for his family.
I love how the story continues with Remy and Yavok going through married life and children. But still have the ruthless edge that keeps them at the top of their game in the syndicate.
I have a deep respect for this couple and how they try to balance in their world and the strength as parents and come together to get rid of those that do their family harm.
To see them growing, and the challenges as parents and how they both discuss the future of their children together and the empire as a team.
I feel more in love with the dramatic duo and their beautiful children.
Xavier always brings her characters to life, which makes you feel like you're included in the story.
I can't wait to see what the next installment brings.

I didn't enjoy the book as much for 2 reasons. First of all the summary implied that Yakov would be the one finding the thief and it wasn't the case. Secondly, i thought that there wasn't as much character development as i would have hoped. Their relationship still felt really unbalanced and unhealthy. Ms Kessler being the boss at work ,sure but being the boss in every aspect of their lives and humiliating Yakov in front of the staff, left a bad taste in my mouth. The whole incident with the hacker felt unnecessary and over the top. She kept talking about trust, but blinsiding Yakov and having him questioning if she would turn on him if he made any mistakes, didn't feel great. I thought the role of a domme was to make sure her sub was completely secure in the relationship.

YAS!!! I have been waiting not so patently for my Syn family to return!! Yavok and Remy gives me all the feels. This dark and twisted family is devilishly delicious!!
These two have been a favorite of mine, and when sh** hits the fan things get real! Remy has a lot on her plate in this one, and I swear I didn’t think I could fall for her more. But, holy hell was I wrong. She’s still this bad ass boss, while still trying to parent her kiddos. I feel like she has grown from the woman we first saw, and is still growing!!
Yavok is a loyal pet/husband. He too has grown, but also has a lot of learning to do. But, this man’s fathering is on point! They way he interacts had me crushing on him hard!
I honestly hope that we see these two again, cause I love this dark and twisted organization.

This is a dark, sometimes disturbing totally engaging, IR romance featuring Remy , the dominant, uber wealthy, female mogul head of a crime syndicate and Yavok her love interest! The world building & premise of the story is quite good & unusual , in that the head of each crime family in the syndicate is female . It’s not easy to like Remy , as she can be viciously brutal as she strives to maintain power in this dystopian environment. I understand why she has to maintain absolute control , but hated the way she treated sweet Yavok, when he made a mistake ! Yakov loves her with his whole heart , humanizing her & gave her a redeeming quality 😍I cheered for their love to blossom & it was great to see them building a loving family .🙌🏽Can’t wait to read the rest of the 📚in the series ! Bravo, Ms Neal 🍷

After the Happily Ever After
we all have that feeling when an amazing book ends we just want more. More of the couple, of what they are doing now, of how they are handling their new life as a couple. Well that is all in the book! We get everything including seeing how they have grown and learned to work together. How they are as parents and handle their roles. how they navigate their world with the added rules and make it their own. Absolutely amazing watching them transition from the soul mates they are into parents. I absolutely loved these characters to begin with through in Yavok as a father and my heart is melting!

Unexpected Devotion
I want to be honest I wasn’t sure what to expect with this part two. It was more of a me the reader type of thing I had totally forgot part one and tried to jump right into part two I had no connection. So I went back and read book one and then I can honestly say that I loved getting to see how Remy and Yavok have grown, how their love and devotion to one another has created something neither thought would be possible. Great story and would advise to read part one Unleashed first so that you get the background for Remy and Yavok it will make Unleashed Syn so much better.
