In 2008 I ran my first half-marathon in Vancouver and was hooked. The following year I ran my first marathon and the year after that, my first ultramarathon. I’ve since run over 28 ultramarathons, 4 marathons and countless 25km and half-marathons on both road and trails.

I love passing on my love and knowledge of the sport to others; whether new to running in general or new to a specific distance. My passion for sports, health and wellness and my educational background in biomechanics help me motivate people to get outside and be active… all in a smart manner.

Abby: 10-15 km experience on trails. Nvan: 10km (Distances of 8-12km)
