1 splash Amaretto
Instructions
Pour the vodka, rum, orange juice, sloe gin, Southern Comfort over ice and
stir. Then float a splash of Galliano and Amaretto on top.

2 oz Pineapple Juice

Nutmeg

Instructions 
 
Pour all ingredients except the nutmeg into highball glass filled with ice.

Stir until  mixed and sprinkle with ground nutmeg.

Tomato juice

2 1/2 oz Vodka
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp Wasabi powder
1/2 tsp Worcestrshire sauce
Celery stalk, lemon and lime
Instructions 
Fill the glass half way with tomato juice then add then wasabi powder and mix well.
Next add the ice, vodka, tabasco, worcestershire sauce and the juice of a half lemon.
Stir and garnish with a stalk of celery and a wedge of lime.

Smoked Tequila Ice

1.5 cups of ice cubes

3 ounces of silver tequila

1/4 cup of jalapeño-infused simple syrup

Juice of 1 lime

Hickory smoke

A handheld smoker and a blender are also required.

Instructions

Add ice, tequila, simple syrup, and lime to a blender. Pulse to create a slushy texture. Add hickory wood chips to a handheld smoker. Light the smoker with a match or lighter and place the tube from the smoker into the blender, allowing the blender vessel to fill with smoke. Place the lid back on the body of the blender, and pulse a few times to infuse. Pour into glasses garnished with jalapeño slices.

1/2 Cup of brandy
Instructions
Pour wine in the pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the lemon,
orange and lime into the wine. Toss in the fruit wedges leaving out
seeds and add passion fruit juice, pineapple juice, and brandy. Serve in a tall
glass filled with ice.

2 oz Grand Marnier

1 1/2 oz Jalapeño Tequila

2 1/2 oz Mango Liqueur

2 oz Lime Juice

Jalapeños

Lime Wedge

Rim the edge of a glass with a lime wedge, then dip the glass in salt and fill it with ice.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the grand marnier, tequila, lime juice, and mango

liqueur with ice and shake. Pour over the ice in the glass and garnish with a lime wedge

and some jalapeño slices.

Old Fashioned

2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
2 dashes Angostura® bitters
1 splash soda water
1 tsp sugar
1 maraschino cherry
1 orange wedge
Instructions
In an rock glass, muddle the bitters, sugar, orange wheel, cherry and a splash of soda.
 Remove the orange rind, add the bourbon and fill with ice.
Garnish with a fresh orange wheel and cherry.

1 oz Triple sec
1 oz Lime juice
12 oz Bottle of Beer
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except the beer in a blender with ice.
Pour into a large margarita glass, then dump the bottle of chilled beer in the glass. Garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.
Remove the bottle before drinking.

Lucky Devil

 

 

Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup honey
2 oz cinnamon elixir
2 oz cardamom elixir
2 oz simple syrup
9 oz soda water
Ground Saffron
Ice

Cinnamon elixir:
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 sticks cinnamon
16 oz distilled or tap water

Cardamom elixir:
1 tbsp whole cardamom pods
16 oz distilled or tap water

Instructions:

Lucky Devil: 
Pour the lime juice onto a small plate and spread the honey on a second small plate. Dip the rim of a 12-ounce glass into the lime juice, then dip it into the honey to lightly coat. Repeat with a second 12-ounce glass.Pour 1 ounce each of the cinnamon elixir, cardamom elixir, and simple syrup into each prepared glass. Add ice and enough soda water to fill glass. Dash the saffron on top.

Cinnamon elixir:
In a small saucepan, bring the ground cinnamon, cinnamon sticks, and distilled or tap water to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to moderate and simmer, uncovered, until reduced by half, about 15 minutes.

Cardamom elixir:
In a small saucepan, bring the cardamom and distilled or tap water to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to moderate and simmer, uncovered, until reduced by half, about 15 minutes. DO AHEAD:

Both elixirs can be prepared in advance and refrigerated up to 2 weeks.

Spanish Coffee

 
1 orange wedge
1/4 oz. Grand Marnier or triple sec orange liqueur
1/2 oz. Bacardi 151 rum
1/2 oz. Kahlua coffee liqueur
Freshly brewed hot coffee
Sugar (on a small plate)
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Fresh whipped cream
Torch 


 
Preheat a glass coffee mug or footed glass with hot water and then discard water. Flavor the rim of the mug by rubbing and orange wedge around the top. Dip the rim in sugar to coat. Place the Grand Marnier or triple sec and the Barcardi 151 rum in the mug. Carefully light contents on fire. Tilt the mug to the side and continually turn it slowly until the sugar crystals caramelize around the rim.
 
While the flame is still burning, add Kahlua. Then, fill mug to within ½-inch of the top with coffee. Shake cinnamon and nutmeg over the mug (it should still be burning slightly and will singe the spices as they fall into the glass). Douse the flame and top the drink with fresh whipped cream.
