iSyncr is still one of our favorite music syncing apps for Android, particularly because it's simple to use and doesn't bloat up your computer with an app that tries to be its own media library (like DoubleTwist or Winamp). It works over Wi-Fi or USB, sync play counts and ratings, and even lets you choose which memory card each playlist syncs to.
