Apply to study at Waikato
If it's your first time creating an account, this will take 1-2 minutes. The application takes about 15 minutes to complete.
Before you start your application
You will need:
- An idea of which qualification you want to study. If you're unsure, learn more about our qualifications.
- Information about your secondary schooling and any previous tertiary study.
International Students
After applying, you will need to meet some additional requirements around English language, study visas and medical insurance.

After you apply
Once we've received your application, we'll consider it straight away. If you're successful, we'll send you an Offer of Place. You will need to accept your Offer to Place so you can choose papers and complete your enrolment.
