The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) is seeking proposals for innkeeping and/or hospitality services for the historic Wolf Creek Inn, near Grants Pass, Oregon.
Wolf Creek Inn has been managed and operated in a variety of ways in its long history. OPRD is open to any combination of food, lodging, and event concession options, operators, and seasons.
Wolf Creek Inn is a beautiful, fully restored historic facility, offering fine dining and overnight lodging for more than 130 years. Nestled on 4½ acres of lush, green southern Oregon parkland, it offers a unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience to the right entrepreneur.
Built around 1883, the Inn is a magnificent 11,000 sq. ft. structure listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
