XPLR

I'm a big fan of Sam and colby but one issue I have with the app is the fact that any time I try to log into my account it won't let me. I enter my correct details and it starts to load every time and then stops. I've tested this a thousand times and I don't get what is wrong and it puts me off of purchasing products since I want to be able to use the app to it's full potential and know when my orders will be shipped etc but I can't.

I'm a new customer to XPLR and I signed in but some reason it won't let me log in I'm concerned is something wrong with the sight like a Malfunction Sincerely a Concerned SNC Fan

It's a great app. Been using it since it first launched. But for the last few weeks it won't load past the cover page anymore. It's just the loading page of sam and Colby with the big lettering of XPLR. Did y'all cancel the app or something? I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling but now it won't let download it anymore
