In order to save my loyalty card number I was urged to change my password, this is illogical and even when I filled all the fields required (old password, new password, confirm password and loyalty card) I got another error message stating "Sorry, your data is wrong". All fields were filled correctly and I made sure the new password meets the required criteria and still got an error message? This is pathetic! besides plz add a section to view the card points collected after fixing the bug!!!!

The quality of the service and food was better. Sometimes you feel like someone is joking with you when you see the quantity of the meat or chicken in your order. Heavy app, my addresses disappeared after mandatory update, and NO, am not gonna add it again.

The orders are alway late and their live chat is useless. You can write to them several times that your order is late, and all they do is type "sorry for the delay your order is on the way". I rated 3/5 for the food quality (it's not cheap though, we are paying enough to get fresh tasty food). Their customer survice is friendly, but also useless. Too bad I won't be ordering again.
