OSU-Cascades Offers Open House

BEND, Ore. — OSU-Cascades will hold an open house for those interested in the university’s graduate teaching and counseling programs.

The open house takes place on Saturday the 18th. Attendees will have the chance to learn about the programs, application requirements and financial aid.

The event is also a chance to meet current students, program graduates, advisors, faculty, and admissions representatives.

The graduate teaching programs offer the opportunity to earn state license with an endorsement to teach several elementary subjects.

Students who complete the counseling program will graduate with requirements fulfilled for state licensing and national certification.

Annual Rhubarb Festival

This event started in La Pine at L & S Gardens. Upon the retirement of Linda she graciously passed the event on to the La Pine Senior Activity Center.  Each year the community, gathers with everything Rhubarb.
