I open the app. And try to take a pic of my painting with the app and it won't ever capture the image. Idk what I'm doing wrong but it's been about 10 mins of trying and still no dice. Maybe someone with experience could possibly show me the ropes. And maybe a tutorial might be effective if the developers do an update.(that's with a smile , not being a dick at all just so you guys know.)🤓👾✂️

I was really excited about this app and tried scanning the bts mots: 7 signature card, it didn't work. Adjusted the frame, nothing. Checked lighting, nothing. Reinstalled the app, also nothing. I tried the yoongi proof photocard just in case, also nothing. Please fix this or tell me what i am doing wrong, but it seems like others have this problem as well. It's a really great app when it works, but as long as it doesn't, i can't rate it better

I have noticed that many people stumbled upon all sorts of problem while using this app, however, my experience has been flawless. The video and audio work perfectly, the recognition of the image is done pretty much instantly, there's really nothing to complain about! Congrats. This is exactly what I needed for a project I want to try out. Do not hesitate to try it out for yourselves because others seem to have all sort of weird issues. I will send more feedback on the official email!
