Usually stay at this hotel when i visit my family in Northern Cali. Has a Jack in the box in the same parking lot so good for quick food and also a Dennis right across. Decent price and rooms are always clean.

Owen is a rude night person. I just dropped off someone and had to park to clean and wipe off something from the car and was told to leave. He stood next to me making sure I leave and that I was trespassing.

This review goes directly to the woman working at the front desk!
Due to the current storms, my home is one of many without electricity. Therefore we were seeking refuge at this local hotel. My husband walks in trying to book a room for the night, while I waited in the car with our baby. All is well until it time to pay. Husband has to confirm the transaction through the Wells Fargo app in order for it to go through. Since we have no electricity at home, no phone charger for the car we have no charge on our phones. He kindly asked the lady if he can sit in a lobby for a couple minutes to confirm the transaction. She rudely said "NO" we had to pay first in order to use amenities.????? ??? Um okay did you not hear the part that we have to confirm the transaction but the phone dead part?
My husband also said that she was looking at him in very hostile .
Again, we have no power at home, no chargers that connect through a car port. We were seeking refuge from the rain, trying to get our baby in a cozy room. This lady was plain off rude. She didn't have to be so hostile.
My husband and I love this hotel for all its amenities. But after this interaction we won't be coming back.
A hotel is suppose to offer hospitality, yet y'all denying access to charge a phone in the lobby, to confirm our stay???
Flabbergasted !!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 511210913933Jan 19, 2021
You know that nightmare when your home's water heater blows up?!
And that's how we ended up coming through here since it was gonna be a couple of days before that gets fixed.
I booked my reservations via Expedia. Luckily, there were a few rooms available even on a last-minute/emergency basis.
Checked in on an early evening and the host wasn't all that friendly or open. I didn't really care much about it, I just wanted to get in the room and take a shower. The check-in process was swift, so that was cool. I was also told that continental breakfast is available from 6-930am.
From what I observed, room is clean. Like, sanitized clean. No hint of any musk or odd smells.
I inquired if they had a bar or the kitchen open and was told they weren't. (Understood - pandemic and all) so I was forced to go out to get some grub. On my way back in, I asked the same host if I could have some utensils. He was a bit more interactive this time around and gave me a couple of sealed sets. He even managed to crack a sincere smile. (He should smile more often, he looks more welcoming, not to mention he looks good!)
Nothing special with their continental breakfast but grateful nonetheless.
I did a check out with a whole different set of staff and they, too, were pretty nice and friendly.
Good stay overall. Should I have any other home emergencies like I did on this run, this will be my go-to.Helpful 13Thanks 0Love this 12Oh no 0 - Gabriel S.Anaheim, CA014Jul 22, 2023

Had a nice one night stay here!
Check in was simple, and they overbooked the hotel, so they gave us an upgraded suite room for free. Score! Beds and pillows were super comfy. Nice couch and 2 tvs in the room. Right near a bunch of restaurants and right off the freeway. The TV service and wifi service was pretty crappy (tiling, internet dropped a lot during the day/night), but other than that, had a great stay. Friendly front desk clerk, free parking. Cant complain. Would definitely stay here again.Helpful 3Thanks 1Love this 3Oh no 0 - justin m.Alameda, CA82202Feb 2, 2023
I came to visit one of my very good friends from out of town and went outside to have a smoke, and forgot one of her room keys. I walked to the lobby entrance thinking it was okay to enter thinking they have seen me inside but was denied entry due to not having a key. My friend was showering and to be courteous, I waited outside her room until she was ready and decided to see what they have in the vending machines to kill time until she was done. The lady at the front desk this entire time was literally harassing me, saying I was wandering the halls and treated me as if I wasn't allowed on the property. She also had a housekeeper follow behind my every step. The staff here are very rude and disrespectful and this isn't true Customer Service. I will never come to this hotel again, nor will I ever book a room with this hotel chain due to this harassment. It's sad that I was treated like this just because I wanted a bag of chips out of the vending machine. Hope they have a much better day and pray they treat guests with more respect in the future. Except the african american front desk lady... she can go to hell.

My bf's family was having a big bash up north in Richmond and we decided to take the trip.
I must say that for the location I thought it was expensive. We usually pay these kind of hotel prices when hitting Vegas or other locations where you would think tourists would flourish so it was a bit of a shock shopping around.
First off the hotel itself is very well kept and clean. We booked our rooms before we even pulled up and hoped it would be a good experience. We arrived very early and unfortunately they don't have early check in. At least the 2 times we called we were told that our room wasn't ready, which can happen. I guess this place is really busy although it seemed like it wasn't as I didn't see too many guests.
Once we finally got our room, the front desk staff was nice and welcoming. Once I walked in our room I was pleasantly surprised how clean and nice smelling it was. The rooms have a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee which is ALWAYS a plus in my book being a coffee drinker and all.
Not only that they also have premium shampoo, conditioner and body wash inside the shower. They also had hair nets, shoe shines and bath and body lotion on the bathroom counter which to me was wonderful.
We called to ask for extra towels as we took showers once we arrived and they brought them right away.
The hotel is also located in walking distance of a shopping center with tons of stores (Walmart, Big Lots, Ross, different restaurant) and there is a Casino across the street as well which we obviously went after checking out.
Going back to the hotel. In the morning they have complimentary breakfast that's served until 10 or 11. Were not talking about fruit and coffee or donuts. Were talking about a GOOD breakfast that consisted of:
*eggs *egg whites
*bacon *sausage
*toast *bagels
*all types of cold cereal
*oatmeal *all kinds of juices
*coffee *yogurt/Greek yogurt
*waffles
I'm sure i am forgetting other items. I'm sure you get the idea what kind of food they had.
The best though were the ladies in the kitchen and the cleaning ladies. They were so polite and helpful. They tend to be overlooked and do so much for everyone's stay. The few that I encountered were amazing!
If we ever come back to visit his Richmond family we know where we'll be staying.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Domenico A.Santa Cruz, CA112Apr 2, 2022
This place has the worst customer service possible
People at the front desk are rude, ignore you.
We booked 3 rooms for our wedding one for 3 days the other 2 for one night.
The one that we booked or 3 days, the call it the Royal suite
they never came by to clean it.
One of the couple that stayed in one of the other room #331
they left ta satin pajama. We gave them a call next day asking if they had found the pajama at the beginning of thee phone call they tried right away to dismiss us. after at least half hour on the phone they decided to go check
and they found it. and that they were going to send it to us.
Here we are one week later( we were there March 24, 25, 26) and after calling them everyday we still do not have the pajama and now they say that they do not have it
They do not want to take any responsibility or trying help us in any way
We spoke with Alex, Jocelyne, and one other lady at the front desk.
They say that they will investigate and call you but unless we call them
they never do.
They do not pass the information along to the next person that will be
at the front desk so each time we called we had to repeat the entire story
I never been treated this way and never had to deal with this kind of people

We stayed here for a little vacay away from home. The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. My room came with a microwave and refrigerator. The beds are a bit stiff but pillows were super soft. They offer complimentary breakfast that included breakfast sandwiches, muffins, tangerines, cereal, nutri-grain bars, yogurt, juice, water, & coffee. The wifi is really slow. The hotel is located in a shopping center with Ross, Big Lots, Starbucks, etc which is very convenient. However, stay alert while walking around there because I got hounded by some guy while walking with my daughters because I refused to give him money. Other than that, my stay there was okay.
