Let's get GO ing.........

Thanks to the wonderful folks at AccuQuilt.....a terrific, customer-oriented company in Nebraska....I am able to run a very special giveaway. Not too long ago, I won a GO! cutter from them on their Facebook page. I have been in love with this tool ever since. I am now officially a "senior citizen" and I can tell you that this product is one of very few I have seen in my lifetime that actually exceeded my expectations! I have been only too happy to tell everyone about this wonderful cutter that has made my quilting life so much easier due to the speed with which I can now cut fabric AND the accuracy that results and I have also demonstrated it to other quilters. I know many of you would love to have one of these cutters, too. There are a couple of other giveaways being done for this right now and we have each tried to vary our "rules" a bit. Since I want only those who are serious to enter, I need to make you do a few things to show you are trying to familiarize yourself with AccuQuilt and their products...which seems only fair since they are letting us have these terrific giveaways. Read more (below the photo) to find out my "rules" for how you can enter to win.Oh, yes....wait...silly me.....I nearly forgot.....the good news continues. I know some of you already HAVE this cutter, and I didn't want you to be left out of entering my giveaway. AccuQuilt has kindly allowed me to do the following.......if someone who already has a GO! is my winner, they will get 3 dies from AccuQuilt, and I will then draw a second name who will win the GO! cutter with the starter die that comes along with it. (If the winner does not already have a GO! cutter, he or she will win the whole "kit and kaboodle"...that is: the GO! and starter die as well as 3 other dies!) Is anyone excited about this yet?? If so, continue reading to find out how you can enter. Please read carefully, because if the rules aren't met, then your entry will be discarded...and you don't want that to happen, do you?

1. The giveaway will end at 6 a.m. Eastern time on Sunday, August 1...winner will be announced later that day.

2. You must go to AccuQuilt's Facebook page and click "Like" if you are not already a fan there. I will be watching and want to see that everyone who enters my giveaway makes at least one comment there over the course of my giveaway.....between now and August 1. And if you are new there, say "Pat sent me" when you make your first comment on that Facebook page! (I might find your comment easier that way.)

3. You are also to go to AccuQuilt's website......www . accuquilt . com (no spaces before and after the dots). You are to look over the GO dies there and come back to tell me which 2 you like the most. If you already have a GO, you should tell me which 2 dies you'd like to get next.

4. You are to tell me what CHARITY project you will make with the GO (or the dies) if you win. I realize some of it may have to be cut with the rotary cutter...depending on what dies you have when you are making this item. (Just for your information: The starter die that comes with the cutter cuts a 4 1/2 inch square, a 2 1/2 inch square and 2 1/2 inch half-square triangles....all of which will sew up to be a half-inch smaller, of course.) Your charity project could be a pillowcase for a children's cancer hospital, a quilt for a newborn intensive care unit of a hospital, a lap quilt for a local nursing home, a quilt for Downy's Quilts for Kids, etc. I am trusting that IF you win, you will follow through on this AND show us a photo of it on AccuQuilt's Facebook page once the item is made. I am trusting that all of you will be honest and not take this commitment lightly.

5. Lastly, you need to tell me in your comment whether or not you already have a GO! cutter.

So....to sum this up: you will be making ONE comment and get ONE entry. Your comment will tell me you are (or have become) a "fan" of AccuQuilt on Facebook........it will tell me which 2 dies you like for the GO after you visit AccuQuilt's website.......you will tell me which charity project you will do.....AND you will tell me if you do or do not have a GO! already. Four pieces of information...be sure all 4 pieces of info are included in your one comment in order for your entry to be valid.

Get that comment on my blog by 6 a.m. Sunday, August 1...and put that comment on THIS post (which you will always be able to find by clicking on the GO photo on my sidebar to get directly here). Be sure I can reach you by clicking on your name. If you don't have a blog, be sure to include your email address in your comment to me. I wish everyone good luck and I'm sure you all join me in thanking AccuQuilt for a wonderful giveaway. They have been kind enough to give me 3 dies of my choice as a "thank you" since I have been so vocal about promoting their product and since I am willing to host a giveaway. I can tell you, truthfully, that I'd have hosted this giveaway even if they did NOT give me anything...that's how much I believe in this GO! cutter and how excited I am for others to get a GO!, too.

So..what are you waiting for? Get GO! ing!!!

Hi Pat,
That is awesome that you are able to give 3 dies away to someone who already has a Go cutter. The two dies I would like is the circle and the 1 1/2 inch strip cutter. I love doing quilts for Judy at Green Fairy Quilts. I also do random charities as well..
As you know, I am a fan on Facebook of the Accuquilt....and I have posted about this but I didn't read that in your stipulations. I hope I got all of them and I would love 3 more dies....truly.
Thanks for hosting this giveaway and thanks so much to Accuquilt for giving all these wonderful opportunities to us to have this go.

I would like to make a charity quilt for our local women's shelter.
I'm a new fan on FB and left a comment there -- I hope I have all the bases covered!

Hey Pat! I'm a fan of accuquilt on Facebook both in my personal account and my blogging friends account :)

After visiting the website I've decided that I'd like to have the 8.5" rag quilt die and the tumbler die. I've always wanted to make a tumbler quilt but I'm not interested in cutting it by hand lol!

If I win, I will make a rag-quilt to raffle off in support of the Capt. William Jackman Memorial Hospital which is our community hospital and is raising money so we can get a CT scanner and many other items... (even a new hospital building!). I'm very committed to keeping it in community b/c there are many worthy causes.

I do not own a Go! yet... my grandmother (who lives in my community) has one but it sure would be nice to have my own... as a side note I'm away at University for this summer so I haven't even tried it yet! I'm excited to finally see one in person :)

Thanks for having this awesome giveaway!!! I hope who ever wins truly enjoys it!

Isn't Accuquilt great? All these GO!'s they are giving away and giving other opportunities to give them away.

I have been a fan of Accuquilt on facebook for a while now. I also get their email newesletter.

The two dies I will desperately need if I win a GO! is the 8 1/2" rag square and the 5 1/4" rag square as raggies are my "thing".

I do several quilts for charities. I donate to the local childrens ward at our local hospital, my online forum group does quilts for soldiers, for the exptant mothers of soldiers, and a yearl breast cancer quilt that we all donate squares for.

Thank you for this opportunity to win.

This is so cool! Yes, I'm an Accuquilt fan on Facebook, my 2 favorite die would be the Tumbler and the 8.5" rag. I would make a lap quilt for the nursing home that my husband visits twice a week and no I don't currently have a Go Cutter. But I sure would love it! :) I have 2 friends (in other states) that have them and I've seen what they can do!

Hi, Pat! I can't believe there's another chance to win a GO! So I've been busy here doing the things you asked.
1. I'm already a Facebook friend of Accuquilt, but I placed a comment thanking them for the opportunities they're providing us to win a GO, and stating that you sent me.
2. I've looked at the dies, and while it's difficult to make a choice, I really like the apple core, drunkards path and the 3 1/2 in strip cutter.
3. The charity project I would do is a Downy quilt (which is why I'd like the 3 1/2 in strip cutter!)
4. I don't have a GO! cutter, but really hope that the good luck fairy will strike during one of these giveaways!!
Thanks, Pat and Accuquilt, for giving us another opportunity to win one of these cutters.

Pat, this post is for your contest, some fortunate person will be so happy!!! I have been a fan of this FB page for a while now and love it! Currently I do not have the GO! I have made lap quilts for the rest homes and will also make small quilts for some of the Childrens hospitals.

I am already a "fan" of AccuQuilt on Facebook.
The two dies that I would choose would be the tumbler and the hexagon dies.
Project Linus is my charity of choice, so no doubt they would be getting a lot of tumbler quilts if I won!
I don't own a Go Cutter, but hopefully (with a little bit of luck) I will soon! Thanks for the chance to win!

Morning, Pat! This is so awesome--I remember how excited you were when you won yours; how cool that you get to 'pay it forward'!!!

Okay, down to the nitty-gritty. I have "liked" Accuquilt on facebook, and left you a shout out!

I visited the website. My list doesn't stop at two, but for sake of space, the apple core die and the feather die would be two I'd pick up right away!

Our guild donates 'comfy quilts' for the NICU, Children's Hospital, and several of the nursing/veteran homes in the area. I would beef up my contributions to those, if I had an easier, faster way to cut!

And lastly (and sadly), no, I do not yet have a GO! Cutter. I think it's time!

Have a great weekend!!! Hugs! :)

Have been wanting to win a Go! since I first signed up on Facebook fan page a month ago. This looks like the best thing since sliced bread. I am the area coordinator for Binky Patrol (www.binkypatrol.org) so they would be getting even more quilts from me. I would pick out the 6 1/2 inch square block and the tumbler block to help me work through my scrap boxes faster. People are always giving me their scraps and I think the Go! would help me cut them up way faster. I don't have a Go! yet, but have been saving up to get one, or if I win one, to get lots of die cuts. Thanks for hosting this contest.
You can see all of the quilts I've made on my blog http://northhillsquilter.blogspot.com

I would love to win a Go. My favorite dies are tumbler and drunkard's path. I am already a follower of the accuquilt facebook group. I would donate my charity quilt to the local pregnancy center. They encourage young moms to have their babies and then help them keep the baby or put it up for adoption. Thanks for offering a great giveaway.

Peggy said...

Not having a Go yet, this looks like a wonderful opportunity. I have joined Accuquilt on Facebook, I checked out their site and my preference is for the baby and the critter dies. If I have a chance to make a quilt using a GO, I'll make one (or a few) for the local hospital for babies waiting adoption. Thanks for the opportunity

What a great deal, Pat. I am already a fan on FB for Accuquilt. I would love to have the hex and Drunkard's path dies. Ah, the ease!!!!

Obviously, I still do not have a GO. Still waiting.

I make a lot of quilts for my guild that we donate to about ten different charities. We give away about 250 quilts every in June and again in December so I know the Go would come in handy for all of us.

Lindsay said...

Teehee, I have been a fan of accuquilt for a while now.I just can not afford one yet, so I dont currently own one. I would get the two and a half inch strip cutter and the three and a half inch strip cutter.

For a charity project my first choice would be to donate a lap quilt to the Yale Caner center. My uncle is currently fighting multiple myeloma so he is in and out of there just about every day of the week. I think it would me nice to brighten someone's day there with a cheery quilt since I know how devastating cancer can be.

Although realistically they may not allow an outside quilt into the center given how fragile their patients are. In which case I have a few other places in mind. A gift to the library would be my next option. They sell art on a regular basis for artists, in this case the proceeds would go to them. I would never have been able to read as much and I have without the library.

Hi Pat,
I loved when you won the Go in the Friday Fun, it doesn't seem that long ago. I am already a fan of AccuQuilt, I just left there hoping to win the Friday contest. I am Dana Gaffney on facebook. The two dies I consider necessary to get started are the 2 1/2 strip and the 5 inch square. There are plenty more that make me drool.
I sew for Margaret's Hope Chest, just put a quilt in the mail this morning for a new born. I'm planning more quilts for children, but I like the idea of sewing some lap quilts for elderly people, that will probably be my next donation.
I do not have a Go yet, but keep my fingers crossed every Friday. Thanks for the chance.

Pat,
First and foremost I love that you are putting a required comment here about a charity. Us quilters are fortunate and I'm glad that you're encouraging everyone to do something for someone else. I'd do a Quilt for a childrens hospital in a cold climate.

As you know, I don't have a GO cutter and I hate to cut out blocks. It is boring and takes too much of the precious time I have for quilting. I like the blocks and the triangles too. Ok...I confess...I want them all! :)

Dies? The practical side of me knows the strip cutters would be a set I'd use frequently. The fun side of me loves Funky Flowers!

I follow on Facebook already. It's a very inspiring page and I check it out every day!

Thank you Pat!

What an awesome giveaway! I commented on AccuQuilt's facebook as Dl Goodman.

I will make a quilt for CSARA, an organization in our area for abused children.
I don't have a GO, but would love one.

I hope I covered all the info. I really would love to win a GO. :)

I don't have a GO. I'd like a GO...how much you ask? Well, enough to get to FB and sign up! Oh yes, I did Pat....no other info but the bare minimum and I did give a shout out on their but I didn't see it appear. I got two emails confirming my FB from them. So I also clicked LIKE at Accuquilt as I also venture on over to their site and must say that they have several more dies than the last time I checked...so this changes what I initially thought I would want. Bountiful baskets would be awesome and of course I'm still wanting the 5" and 2.5" dies so I can make this stash manageable as to what I use up! You know that though...you've seen me cut all my own Jo and 30's jelly rolls and charms. OK....as for charity....this is my proposal should I win. I will quilt for FREE a lap size quilt of YOURS so that you can donate to the charity of YOUR choice. How's that for a barter? I have a longarm and often quilt charity quilts for whoever needs them. I generally do not make this a habit and only for a good cause. In my thinking..this is a good cause because it is a win win! Thanks for the chance Pat. I think I covered everything.

First of all, thank you for the chance to win a Go! Fabric Cutter.

1.) I clicked the "Like" Button on Facebook, and left a comment today.

2.)I'm actually a little torn on the whole die issue... I really like the shapes of the GO! Round Flower the GO! Feathers, but I really, really love working with HSTs, so I'm drawn to the GO! Half Square-3" Finished Triangle. Hmm... I think, if forced to choose two, I'd go with Round Flower and the HST dies.

3.)My quilting group and I have just recently committed to making some Quilts of Valor, so that is what I'd continue to commit too. I'm an Air Force brat, and feel strongly about supporting our armed forces, regardless of our personal feelings about politics.

4.) I do not own a GO! Cutter at this point. So, I'm going to cross my fingers and hope!

2) My two favorite (Oh, gosh, how do you choose??) I would have to say are the 2 1/2 strip and the tumbler dies.

3) I would love to make a quilt for Primary Children's Hospital or the local hospital here in Provo.

4) Sadly, I do not have a go. But if I have any luck, I will soon! :)

Thank you! I'm so excited!

Pat, I know how much you love your Go by your posts. Compliments on the simplicity of your contest requirements. I keep hoping to win one (I enter the Friday contests) so here are my four pieces of information:
1. I am a follower on Facebook of Accuquilt (how else would I enter the Friday contests?)
2. My die choices (this is the hardest part for me - I want all of them) are the half square 4 inches and the strip 3 1/2 inches.
3. I have beem making lapghans for a local hospital. They give them to wheelchair patients, tending towards the elderly. I'm happy to do that because when my Mom was in a nursing home, I saw firsthand how much they loved their covers. That age group tends to get cold easily. I plan to make a baby quilt, premie size, although they really need more of the adult size items.
4. I only have an Accuquilt Go in my dreams.

Thanks for the chance to win.

Hi, Pat. Thanks!!! I am happy to hear about your blog (from Sew Fun Quilts) and your GO contest.
I do follow Accuquilt on FB. I have left comments, and will again. The dies I would love are the 8 1/2 inch Raggy die, the Strip Cutters, and so much more!! Those are the two I would buy first, though, if I had a GO, but I don't. As for the charity project, I would do some pillowcases to send to a friend's store (Fabrics n Quilts) for her to send to her charity, as well as some more blocks for a Breast Cancer Quilt our online group is doing. I sent 4 already, but the GO would make it so much easier to make some more. Our quilt will be auctioned on Ebay in October. Search QCG. I also plan some blocks for Project Linus, part of Jennifer Chiaverini's contest. Thanks again!

Wow, the more I see about this fancy gadget, the more I want one!

Rule #1: I'll be waiting on Aug 1st for my name to be drawn!

Rule #2: I am already a fan of Accuquilt on facebook...don't want to miss a chance at winning one of these!

Rule #3: I'm a pretty basic kind of person, so I'd go with any one of the strip cutters and one of the squares, probably the 6 1/2 inch. Very basic!

Rule #4: I like rule #4! My charity would be our local CareNet Crisis Pregnancy Center. I would make a lovely little baby quilt or three to be given to clients for their new babies. Every new baby deserves a little homemade love!

Rule #5: I do not already have a Go! cutter, but I'm hoping after August 1st that will change!

Thanks for the chance!

Hi Pat:

Oh, I would so love to win! I know I can't afford to buy one at this point--and have been trying very hard; but have had no luck!

I am a fan on facebook at AccuQuilt, but I have posted another comment saying you sent me!

I do not own a Go cutter. I would be so happy to win--beyond words!

I would love the GO! Star--2", 3", 4" and GO! Tumbler - 6 1/2".

I have several charity quilts to make for: My quilt quild makes charity wheelchair quilts for Veteran's; I would add several. We are also making pillowcases for our children's hospital and I would add to that. Also, my school hosts an Adopt a Pet with the local human society in December and I would be making cat and dog beds to go home with the animal and new owner. I also make quilts for my students at school--while not a charity, definitely worthwhile for many reasons....it has even sparked an interest in a couple of kids! I would post pictures on my blog so that everyone could see the quilts produced to charity!

The Accu Gocutter people are so very generous and it would be a dream come true to with this little beauty.

I am always happy to make charity quilt or quilt them on my longarm.
I would love to make more little quilts for premmie babies as well as quilts for Ronald McDonald House here in Brisbane/Australia.

There was a big drive last year in donating quilts for the Bushfire victims and more then 1200 quilts were given, it just makes my heart sing to give something back.
I know there is only a small chance of winning but you have to be in it to win it.
Thank you again

I am already a fan of Accuquilt. I do not have a GO but the dies I would most like to have are the circle and the feathers (I lo ved the tutorial). The charity quilts I do go to my guild who gives them to law enforcement officers to carry in their cars. They give them to children who have to leave their homes for one reason or another. We supply four LE agencies and, I's sorry to say, rarely get to stockpile quilts. I would like to do a circle quilt for this cause: a great way to use up scraps and be nongender specific at the same time.

Hi, Pat!

I'm a long time "fan" of Accuquilt on Facebook already. :-)

I would love to get the 8 1/2 and the 5 1/4 rag square dies. I make lots of rag quilts and my poor carpal tunneled wrist takes a beating.

I have two ongoing charities; I help make a breast cancer awareness quilt every year with a wonderful group of online quilters. I am also making lots of car seat rag quilts for U.S. military families having newborns for Operation Shower of Appreciation. It's a long process since it's only me cutting, sewing and clipping.

Nope, I don't have a Go! yet. It's been on my wishlist for quite some time now.

Thanks for the opportunity to win a wonderful quilting tool!

I'm already a fan of accuquilt on facebook and I left a message on their wall today. My choice of dies would be the 2 1/2" strip and the tumbler.

I make charity quilts, along with my guild, for a low-income daycare. The children use them as nap blankets and they get to take them home when they "graduate" and leave to go to kindergarten. I also make and donate raffle quilts for various non-profit groups such as Relay For Life (American Cancer Society) and Campfire Boys and Girls, USA.

I do not have a GO cutter, but dream about it making my life easier :0)

I have been to just about every site that is having a Go! fabric cutter giveaway. I am also a senior and on medical retirement which means limited income, so winning one would be wonderful. I am a fan on facebook of Accuquilt and yes I have entered there contest too, I just did the one for the Barn unveiling today, thats how I found you, I am under nanbon44 there is a picture of my pink quilt that was made for a nursing home in Alabama. I sew the quilts for the World of Charity Stitchers, they cross stitch squares and I make them into quilts. They go to nursing homes, children's hospitals, abused womens centers, and cancer patients all over the US and some in Wales. Check them out, there are only two of us quilters there. This is why the cutter would come in so handy for me. I do not have the cutter right now, I am so hoping I can win one. And for the last of the 4 requirements, I love the feathers die and the circle dies, and the strip dies and the rag quilt dies, well I just love them all.... Thanks for hosting a great giveaway.

As for a charity project, 2010 has been my charity year. I've done 2 for Downy, 1 for school, 1 for an orphanage, 1 for an unwed girls center and also Michelle c's AF base. I would do one either for Downy again or my friend Angela, who is starting up a new Project Linus chapter, or maybe one for each!!!

Hi,
What a great giveaway and I dont have a Go but would love to have one. If I had my choice of dies I would do the 2 1/2 inch strip cutter and the drunkards path. I am and have been a fan on facebook. first how lucky are you to have a Go, I don't as of yet have one but have been trying to win one for a while. I am a follower on face book already and will give you a shout out over there as well. Isn't the Go the greatest thing! I would love the 2 1/2" strip and the hexagon dies. I hope I am lucky enough to win, our guild does pillow cases for the Shriner Hospital, it has now become part of there welcome package to the kids, I think I would make a dozen pillow cases if I win. (although I will probably make them even if I don't it's such a good cause) I hope I win, but good luck to all who enter.

I do not have a GO and want one sooooooo bad. I would like to have one to cut 2.5" strips and 5" squares for all the jellieroll and charm pack patterns. This will make it so much faster to use my stash.
I do quilt many donation quils, one to two per month. From the Library, to the Woman Shelter and for the Cure for Childwood Cancer Ass and for Breast Cancer Org...too many to mention. Thanks for entering.
I am a happy follower of your blog.

I don't have a Go, but keeping my fingers crossed that one will be in my not-so-distant future:)
The dies I'm most interested in are the 6.5" square and the 4"HSTs.
I've already contacted the Michigan Quilt for Kids group to join forces to make quilts for the patients at Mott Childrens' Hospital in Ann Arbor, where I work.
Thanks again to you and Accuquilt!

I gave seen the Go in my local quilt store that I frequent quite a bit. My daughter and I were intriques by all the different dies that were available. In checking out the web site, I liked the strip maker and the Drunkard's Path.

I would make a wall hanging for the SJHS - Elmer hospital for the auxillary to raffle off at one of their fund raisers. Thanks Becky Scharf

I liked the Go on the AccuQuilt page. I'd love this to take overseas when we move to do our mission work and I could add dies for gifts to be sent to me!

My favorite is the double wedding ring which counts as two. If that isn't an option then the Hexagon and the Circle die.

I'm a board member of Rock Bridge Family Services and we support those families impacted by autism. I'd make a wall hanging for them to raffle at one of our fund raisers. I'm going to be the first overseas board member.

I love the cabinet your husband made you. Mine made me a press board. We are blessed to have men in our lives like that!

WOW ! How nice that AccuQuilt is doing a give away. I've been looking at it and wanting one, so I've started saving.

I've hit Like button on the FaceBbook and left a comment.

The dies I like ate the "Go Feather" and "Arabesque #3"

Our group does pillowcases for the local nursing home and hospitals at holiday time. The kids and the seniors enjoy getting something special that they can take home.

I would love to win a Go and thanks for doing this. I am a Fan of Accuquilt on Facebook. I do not have a Go but would love to have one to help me get more projects done since I am still working as a Kindergarten teacher and keeping up with my busy family. The charity I am involved with is a women's group at church that make quilts for a neonatal nursery to help low income moms at a local hospital. I also make quilt blocks for a quilt we put together for an auction that benefits a Children's Home. If I got one I would like to make my own quilt for this auction. I also like to make a baby quilts for any babies of my friends and family because every baby deserves a homemade quilt!
The two dies I would like is a Double Wedding Ring so I can make a quilt for my daughter who is getting married next summer and the square 5" as it would help make the quilts for the hospital.
Thanks so much for putting this together!

Facebook Fan

I love the tumbler, and 2 1/2 strips.

I'd make a project linus quilt, well several of them. I want to clear out some stash and they mean so much because of my son, who is buried with his.

I don't have a cutter, no way I can afford one right now but it would be super nice, especially with the arthritis setting into my shoulders/wrists.

I gave in and became a facebook member just to enter your contest. I also put that Pat sent me.

I am trying to win one of these for my wife, I am sure she would love it.

Dies, I really don't know, she makes the rag quilts so that would be one, she likes the triangles so that would be two and for the third I guess circles as she is always making something with those.

I don't make quilts, my wife and two daughters do, they make quilts for nursing homes, cancer patients and ill children. I just provide the supplies for them.

we do not have a Go Cutter in the family yet.

I would like to do that again so I will and I will put it on e-bay this time. It will be a small wall hanging type and I have a design in mind. I have already used my butterfly die to put butterflies on my quilt blocks for the SGK quilt to be auctioned off in October on e-bay by the QCG of e-bay.

I make LOTS of charity quilts every year...I will be making them for the local Fire Department, Highschool Music Booster, Church Mission trip, SIDS walk and Relay for Life...at least one would benefit from the GO. I am a HUGE fan of Schnibble patterns so I am sure I would get a five inch die and make Schnibbles quilts too.

Pat, I didn't think I could enter because I cannot go on facebook...I am a member of facebook but had to deactivate my accounts because every time I sign in it crashes my computer. (Of course it is 10 years old but still running like an energizer bunny but there are just some programs and websites it can't operate on.) Anyway, Mary, of Quilt Hollow told me to get back over here and tell you about my problems with Facebook, then enter, so here I am. As for the rest of the requirments...

First, after much consideration of all the wonderful dies, I decided on the 'GO! 5" square' and the 'GO! Rose of Sharon'. (for starters, lol, I really wanted one of the 'strip' dies but my hands can still handle long straight cuts fairly easy)

Second, My charity project would be a lap quilt for the Veterans Administation Nursing Home/Assisted Living facility that they are finally getting ready to open up here in Utah.

Third, I do NOT have an Accuquilt cutter.

So, there are the three pieces of info I can give you, and I hope the facebook issue doesn't disqualify me, BUT, if it does, I'll understand.
Thanks so much to both you Pat and to Accuquilt for giving us an opportunity to have a "Go" of our very own. Good Luck to EVERYONE!!!
