BREATHE
Welcome back to the podcast. I am so excited to speak about our rebranding and give you some insight into why I decided to rebrand. This journey has been beautiful. The podcast is the same just even better! I have so much more clarity on the brand and how I want to do things. With experience comes wisdom. Sometimes you truly don't know until you do it. When I first started this podcast, I literally knew nothing about podcasting. I had done some research and knew legit ONLY the basics. Finding Anchor was amazing. I just knew that I was no longer allowing anything or anyone to hold me back, I was now an example for my daughter as well so yeahhhh, no way! My mantra this year was " Just DO it", it helped me get comfortable with knowing that the beginning is messy. You sort of just suck in a way until you find your flow. I knew this would be a community but what I didn't know was that we would be a growing community-so fast and people all over the world would support. As I welcomed more guests in, I realized I needed a better system for guest episodes. I had to work on so many different moving pieces for this podcast and the more I did and do, the more I learn. Breathe gives a clearer view for you and for me. Just remember to BREATHE. Enjoy this episode and go visit our new Instagram @breathepodcast and find our Page on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/breathepodcast1/?modal=admin_todo_tour . The whole point of rebranding is to improve and I must say I love how everything was made new. Watch social media to see new additions to the store and how beautiful the Breathe store looks. Our email list will begin in January so make sure you submit your email before then. There will be an episode about store items and the email list coming soon. Thank you for being apart of this community. Sending you love and light.
Sit down w/ Davida Ginter author of “Burnout Won’t Get You there”
About Burning Out Won't Get You There:
Busyness, judgment, resistance to change, fear of admitting failure – do changemakers have to suffer to reduce world suffering? Or is there a way to avoid burnout?
Leaders and changemakers dedicated to pursuing social change are often the first ones to experience burnout. Those committed to taking care of everyone and everything tend to neglect themselves and hit the wall, time after time.
Davida Ginter’s book sheds light on the growing phenomenon of burnout and its root causes. She has interviewed changemakers and social change experts from around the world about their personal experiences on entrepreneurship, leadership, and mindfulness, and she offers comprehensive guidance, approaches, and tools to help cultivate personal and social wellbeing. Check out the blog for the special post about burnout AND Davida. (Mjwrites21.blogspot.com) Leaving you with love and light! 🌸 Enjoy the rest of your week and don’t forget to take care.
