- nurture relationships among our local educators who know our community needs
- focus on potential for growth in serving our students
- inspire both intellect and passion that drives educators to deliver outstanding education
- provide time for collaboration and learning together in a safe, collegial setting
- equip teachers to lead positive change in our schools
- recognize educator strengths and talents to bring innovation to the profession

- Teachers are nominated to attend ECET2 CK by other teachers, parents, community members, etc. Do you know a teacher who...
- Exudes passion for what they do?
- Exhibits a growth mindset?
- Opens their doors to colleagues, families, and communities?
- Advocates for their students?
- Selected teachers attend ECET2 CK on March 6-7, 2020; the event includes:
- Friday night Pau Hana - pupus and connecting with other CK educators
- Saturday day - free professional learning (topics ranging from edtech to self-care to career and college)
- Saturday night event - "celebration of the profession" dinner
