Welcome to the 2024 Ozarks Homesteading Expo Vendor application.
We are so excited to be able to plan this amazing event this year and would love for you to be a part of it!
Gates will open at 7 a.m. each day and event ends at 5 p.m. (may be subject to change to 6 p.m. )
Set-up is Thursday, Sept. 5 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m unless other arrangements are made.
All vendors must meet the theme criteria of homesteading and sustainable living. We expect to have around 4000 attendees.
Products and services related to gardening, alternative energy, supplies for growing, cooking, and preserving food, healthy food and snacks, natural skin and body care, livestock raising, hunting, fishing, cooking, canning, conservation, permaculture, tiny house, log cabins, greenhouses, poultry equipment, composting, rainwater collection, fencing, education. All vendors will be responsible for submitting their own sales tax, if required.
Vendors that are not food trucks that will be selling food products must adhere to the Missouri Cottage Food law and may also be subject to Webster County Health Dept inspection.
Any MLM's need pre-approval. We also reserve the right to deny an application if it isn't a good fit for our event and/or to limit duplicate products at our discretion.
This is mostly an OPEN AIR EVENT, pavilions are all open sided. There is no AC but electricity is available in the pavilions and the Rock Exhibit Building and very limited elsewhere.
FOOD TRUCKS: We are also seeking food trucks with healthy food options. All food trucks will be inspected by the Webster County Health Department. Food trucks and food vendors are required to dispose of excessive trash into the on-site dumpsters before leaving the event. Food trucks will be assigned space according to electrical needs
LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS: Livestock and Livestock related products will be located in the north end of the Main Show Arena. First come, first served. There are tie ups but if you need a pen you will have to bring your own. Contact us to discuss. ozarkshomesteading@gmail.com
The event will be held in Marshfield, Missouri (20 minutes from Springfield, at the site of the Webster County Fair.) The venue is called the Ellis O Jackson Park but Google Maps has it as Webster County Fairgrounds. Here is the link to the location.

Vendors are encouraged to have as much hands-on or demonstrations as possible in your booth. Samples and giveaways are also encouraged.
