No. That's the german del Sol lip. Vic has a WWRS lip. Copy of the EG6 mugen lip.

That my friend is a custom rear visor. I believe they used a EG Hatch duckbill or whatever the hell you call it. You have to cut and trim it to fit. It does look pretty good though.
