The Fragrance Shop launches ‘Sniff Bars’

The Fragrance Shop has launched three new pop-up shops called Sniff Bars in the run-up to Christmas.

The first Sniff Bars have opened in Leeds and Birmingham at the Leeds Trinity and Merry Hill shopping centres and at Birmingham New Street station.

Each bar will sell 100 products from brands such as Bvlgari, Calvin Klein, Chloe, Diesel, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Jimmy Choo, Marc Jacobs, Loewe, YSL & Paco Rabanne. 

The Fragrance Shop said the pop-ups are a 3D ‘edit’ of its website where customers can talk in person to a fragrance expert rather than communicating via email or live chat.

Sanjay Vadera, chief executive of The Fragrance Shop, said “We launched the Sniff Bar at the Global Gift Gala, showcasing our new project to the likes of Victoria Beckham, Alan Carr, Kelly Hoppen and Alesha Dixon. I am looking forward to rolling out the Sniff Bar up and down the country and allowing people to experience the variety and quality of our offer, and the expertise The Fragrance Shop team.”

The Fragrance Shop is now planning to launch more Sniff Bars in high footfall areas and to host special events with brands to create brand takeovers.

Established in 1994, The Fragrance Shop now has over 200 stores nationwide.
