Clean-Tech Funding Up in Many Countries [Web Exclusive]

China has surpassed the U.S. as the world's largest investor in clean-energy technologies.  Italy, Brazil and Germany are ranked third, fourth and fifth, respectively. Certain countries are increasing their investments faster than others, however, regardless of raw dollars. A few are declining, too.
