What do you do if your problem-solving skills as an executive are not enough to overcome challenges?
Resist "the way we've always done it." Ask your team to think fresh and try new ideas. Brainstorm solutions without judgment, experiment, and be ready to trash the plan. Changing course mid-stream shows agility. Master this to navigate uncertainty, overcome obstacles, and find creative solutions. Change is an opportunity, not an obstacle. Embrace it for innovation, growth, and breakthroughs. Cultivate a change-positive mindset to expand your problem-solving. Takeaways: Outdated methods and resistance to change block solutions. Openness to new ideas and pivot strategies is vital. The ability to change course is the mark of a great problem solver. See change as an opportunity to unlock innovation.

What do you do if you want to expand your professional network in Business Coaching?
Listen first. Executive coaches are trained to ask questions, yet it's even more important to listen to what others are saying before a question is even asked. - When walking into a conversation, what do you hear, and what is important that you learned from what was said? - When you introduce yourself, don't say you are a business coach. State what you help people see, do, or become then let them ask you questions. - Be more interested than interesting. It's better to learn about others than sell and try to impress them. Relationships first.

You want to establish yourself as a Thought Leader. What kind of video content should you create?
Start with the fundamentals: > Understand your audience Ask yourself why it's important to them. Why do they care today? > Connect to them through the video. Be authentic Show them that you are real and also care about addressing the issue. It's not about selling yourself to them. > Be memorable. What do you do, say, or believe that really resonates with the people you interact with? Remember that you don't need everyone to connect with your thought leadership, only the ones who find that you are worth listening to for insights and perspective.
