We are pleased to again offer Fall/Winter CSA Shares full of storage vegetables as well as fresh greens!  The shares are flexible to accommodate your eating habits with shares every other week or once a month (holiday shares available!), and we also offer delivery (a small fee in fall and complimentary for the winter.)


What kind of produce is included?

Each share will include the following:

Storage vegetables in varying quantities, totaling around 18-20 lbs (depends on greens – less if there are more greens, more, if there are less greens): Carrots, Beets, Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Turnips, Rutabagas, Onions, Winter Squash, Cabbage, Watermelon/Daikon Radish, Celeriac, Parsnips, and/or Garlic.

Greens fresh from the greenhouse include Kale, Spinach, Arugula, Salad Mix, and more. We aim to have some sort of green each distribution and more than previous years!

Some weeks will be more plentiful than others. We are very dependant on the weather, as always, and especially more in the winter! The greens are also dependant on the amount of light: they will be more abundant in November and Late February through the End and less abundant in December, January, and early February. When they are not as abundant they will be made up for with more storage veggies.

Some of our storage crops did not fare as well as we would have liked this year, so we will be supplementing them with some from other local organic and biodynamic farms we know and trust to keep a good diversity of veggies.

How long do the shares run, and what are the pickup/delivery dates?

The Fall Share runs from early November through late December. Distributions are every-other-week or once every 4 weeks. (note: we are flexible with dates, so if you want to choose 2 dates in the time frame just let me know!) The dates for distributions are Tuesdays: November 6, November 20, December 4, and December 18. If you would like a weekend share we can accomodate that, just let us know.

The Winter Share runs from mid January through Late March. Again, distributions are every-other-week or once every 4 weeks. (note: we are flexible with dates, so if you want take a half-share and 3 dates in the time frame just let me know!) The dates for distributions are Tuesdays: January 8, January 22, February 5, February 19, March 5, and March 19.

As with the regular season shares, if you need to miss a day we can figure out a way to make it up :)

Choose Pickup or Delivery

For the Fall Share, we offer pickup at the farm or delivery-to-your-door for a fee. For the full Fall Share, delivery is $20, and for the half share it is $10.

For the Winter Share, the weather is generally poor and coming out to the farm is not a bright prospect most of the time (though if you really want, you’re welcome to come visit!). For this reason, we offer complimentary delivery-to-your-door included in the share price for both full and half shares.

Pickup times are from 2 til 4:30 pm. If you are unable to make it during these times, please get in touch and we can work something out but shares will not be left out to protect them from freezing. Deliveries are made during a similar timeframe, sometimes a bit later in the day.

How much does it cost?

Fall Share:
Full (4 distributions) - $235 pickup, $255 delivery
Half (2 distributions) - $125 pickup, $135 delivery

Winter Share:
Full (6 Distributions) - $375 delivery included
Half (3 Distributions) - $195 delivery included
