Snow

Saved from last minute crappy indoor snap by the snow very graciously starting to fall. Not as good as down home in Newcastle but as I'm off there tomorrow I will hopefully be treated to some better wintry wonderousness.

First day of 5 day weekend was spent out and about doing some shopping, including £40 at Waterstone's which will keep me busy for most of the rest of the winter nights I think.

Did some wandering around Ikea as I want some sort of shelvy/sideboardy thing for the living room to put the turntable and records on, I thought it was going to be a smallish thing as the car isn't very big but they are doing a £15 delivery on single items so I came home to measure up for the bigger version. I think the 4 x 2 Expedit unit is going to be the one.
