CHW Graduate Recognized as Employee of the Month Congratulations to Jeanette Urbina, HPP Community Health Worker (CHW) Training Program graduate, on being Employee of the Month at Compass Family Services! Ms. Urbina was a dedicated and passionate team member during her one year at HPP. Upon graduating from the training program this June, Jeanette immediately secured a position as a Receptionist/Crisis Intervention Counselor at Compass, and clearly her work continues to shine. Compass says "Jeanette makes sure that families who come in are given first rate customer service and she goes the distance to ensure the family gets connected to the help they need."
