“I am planning to home school my son who is currently 15 months old. I am wondering what is the average age that others have begun home schooling? I am also looking for some guidance as to curriculums used. I would like to get a jump start on my research and preparations so that I am fully capable of taking his schooling on when my child is old enough to start his education. Both my husband and I work full time, and at this point will be working full time while doing the home schooling, so I am taking advantage of the extra year or so we have to research the appropriate curriculum and make sure we don’t start too soon or too late.”
