Press the MENU button (read your watch documentation) and select Settings

Select Activities & Apps and select the application (example Run) and press START to custom it

Select Data Screens , Layout only 1 field and select Field 1

Modify Field 1 (press START) Select ConnectIQ fields and make your choice of IQ datafield

Press ESC several times

Now you can start your new application with this datafield

You can navigate the differents layout of the application with UP and Down Button
