Magdalena Abrego is a performer, composer, and teaching artist. She is currently pursuing her M.M. in Contemporary Improvisation at the New England Conservatory. Her idea of an evening well-spent involves listening to Coltrane, drinking black coffee, and reading about computer science.

Erika Hansen is a web designer, writer, and musician based in Boston, MA. Erika met I/O Founder Magdalena Abrego while the two were volunteering as guitar instructors for Girls Rock Campaign Boston in 2015. Magdalena has been dragging Erika to avant-garde jazz shows ever since.

Eliana Grossman is a creativity and emotion researcher and artist based at Yale University in New Haven, CT. I/O Founder Magdalena Abrego first became friends with Ellie when the two were awkward middle schoolers. As a teenager, Magdalena always asked Ellie to edit everything from her class term papers to her text messages...some things never change?
