On behalf of Indian Students at Rice (ISAR), Welcome to Rice University!
We are organizing airport pickups for incoming graduate students from India for Fall 2019. If you would like to be picked up from one of the Houston airports, please fill out this form with your flight details so that we know when and where to pick you up. In the same form, you will be asked to indicate whether you have already secured housing for the coming year. If you have not and need any assistance, please contact us as soon as possible. We'd love to help you out as much as possible with anything that you need, and hope you have a great trip out here!
Since we need to make arrangements and find drivers free at or around the time of your arrival, we'd love to have your arrival details well before time. In that regard, the last date to enroll for airport pickups is 25th July 2019. If for some reason you aren't able to fill out the form until then, please contact us personally and we'll see what we can do to have you picked up!
Note - The form will be kept open past the last date as well, but we might miss the late entries, so definitely be sure to let us know in case you fill in the form late.
As the date for your flight approaches, we will contact you with further details of who will pick you up at the airport.
