This is how it's done!
In his book "Flipped," Feller tells the story of how a mid-sized midwestern school district has started and is successfully leading the start of an educational revolution. The "saga" begins with just six elementary teachers who find themselves so successful with the "Flipped Classroom" that the program expands to an entire grade level and parts of others. In the book are simple stories of progress and change that teachers go through to make this change as well as hints of advice for any teacher or organization looking to "flip" any part of it's education program.
A quick and powerful read, worthy of reflection and filled with practical suggestions.
