Hello!
Jaipur bookshelf is a community platform created by Lokesh and Anurag sitting in faraway corners of Jaipur. Our love for community, books and aspiration to make books available to everyone, united us. The platform provides a list of books available at different personal libraries/bookshelves open for members of JBC. We presently have 1300+ books for the readers. We also wish to ensure that a reader (or even someone who wishes to start reading) can find the best of books and a community that supports them in developing as a reader. We invite you to be a part of this community. If you have a 100+ collection of books, come and join as a book lender.

Brief about Lokesh
He is enthusiastic about community building and has volunteered and worked with Jaipur based communities such as Pravah Jaipur Initiative and Contree. Brief about Anurag
Anurag on the similar side is creating and supporting an environment that enables experiential learning for children at Skull and Skill. Inculcating originality, curiosity, imagination and 'learning by doing' attitude in young minds comes at the core of his work. Where would the libraries/bookshelf be?
The libraries/bookshelf shall be located in different corners of Jaipur. It could be personal spaces/residence of book lenders

What would the libraries/bookshelf be like?
Space would offer books from various genres and age group at a minimal rent or none. You can visit the space(s) to find a book of your choice and further rent the same for a week or two depending upon the book lenders’ ease. The space(s) would ideally be open for a few hours keeping in mind the convenience of the lender.
