approaches to enhance project planning
• Receive resources to help explore further
approaches, techniques and approaches for
successful project design and delivery
• Apply techniques to own project plan when back in
the office

• Take 10 minutes to read and discuss the Scenario
and;
– By table record your first impressions eg:
• What are its strengths?
• What are its weaknesses?
• How likely is it to succeed?

intervention
• Any observations?
