The app is asking me to update however there is no new version available.
Horrible service
The app is absolutely pointless and services requests are rejected on pointless basis. Every single document is added when the policy is sold and when it comes to payout, we need to jump through hoops just to get the bank details added. The revert time is extremely slow and difficult with no resolution at the end. Definitely would not recommend anyone to waste the time and effort.
Amazing experience
App flow is very simple n easy to use. Lots of features.. am happy n sure that I am now not suppose to visit PNB branch for service as I can do everything around my policy at a click of a button
