RULES:

- Only poses, poses with props, animations, backdrops and phototools are allowed. Please stick to this theme!
- No copyright infringement. No models uploaded from third party websites (such as Renderosity or Turbosquid or others)
Anything against ToS or against IP rights will be removed from the event and fees won't be refunded.
- You must offer at least ONE NEW EXCLUSIVE release (you will be able to resell it in your store after the event) and you can also have older releases in your stall, if they comply with the theme.
- Gachas are not allowed. You can have other kinds of AUTHORIZED machines (such as Miepon, or other similar ones that allow customers to see the item they are paying for). Max 2 machines per booth.
- You must offer a small GIFT that will be set to the customers group.

STANDARD STALLS:

- 25 prims allowance
- 1500L fee.

SPONSOR STALLS:
- 40 prims allowance
- 2500L fee.

Fees are due upon reservation and are NOT refundable at any time. We understand RL gets complicated, but deadlines are not a mystery and we expect professionalism and reliability from merchants.

TIMELINE:

- 18th May Noon SLT: set up starts
- 21st May Noon SLT: set up ends
- 22th May 1 PM SLT EVENT OPENS
- 12th June Noon SLT: event ends
No extensions will be granted.

BLOGGER ROOM:
A blogger room will be set up, you are kindly invited to share your creations with our bloggers in order to help promote the event.

LANDGROUP & DESIGNERS GROUP
Since the event is now under the SynergyLab label, you will need SynergyLab group in order to set up and read notices.
