Job Description
- Conduct stages to improve the compliance culture
- Conduct compliance risk assessment and prepared a report the compliance risk profile
- Conduct gap analysis and implementation over new regulation towards DPLK AXA Mandiri operational and completeness of internal manual, policy and procedure
- Conduct review and advice on new product and activity plan to ensure that the new product and activity will be implement according to the applicable laws and regulation
- Conduct review on the new product and activity plan ensure that the implementation will follow the Regulation.
- Conduct suspicious transaction monitoring
- Conduct suspicious transaction report to Regulator
- Coordinate the implementation of Customer Data Update for members of DPLK AXA Mandiri through target arrangement and result monitoring on target achievement.
- Conduct identification on potential area to develop the policy and procedure in DPLK AXA Mandiri organization
- Assist all organization function in developing internal policy and technical procedure (SOP).
- Conduct monitoring towards all policy and procedure in DPLK AXA Mandiri organization
- Conduct socialization on regulation to all party, ensure that the policy procedure has been informed and well understood
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Accountancy major or relevant
- Min. 3-4 years in internal audit, compliance or Anti Money Laundry
- Good in Pension fund and Risk Management knowledge
- Good in communication and interpersonal skill
- Good in collect and analyzing data
