Finally, I uninstalled after using the apps almost 2 years, the benefit is good we can use the loan. But afterwards we need to use apps oftentimes including order the goods from apps to savor the loan. AL is dedicated for loan not for ordering some goods! You should take that to strengthen your apps!!!

In terms of cash loans, I do not have that much issue. My issue is when I order items. Once I ordered a tablet which took almost a month to deliver. When it came in it was pretty non functional. The ports dont work, it was not charging, not connecting via wifi and so on. I tried reaching out to both the seller and akulaku but their customer service is pretty much non existent. Now I'm paying for that tablet though I'm unable to use it. Looks like I'm going to have same issue with my recent order

The worst email support. they don't answer your questions and they only reply with templates over and over again. 17 back and forth email of pure nonsense. they also don't have the option to choose unemployed/housewives receiving remittances from overseas to apply for a credit limit. also, 1st and most probably the last time I ordered an item, it was already open and the seller didn't even respond to my messages! THIS IS THE WORST!
