Special romantic table arrangements are available at an additional surcharge of RM 90 nett per table. A prepayment of RM 90 nett per table is required upon reservation for special romantic table arrangements. Kindly note that the prepayment is NOT inclusive of the dining cost at the restaurant. Payment will only be refunded if cancellation were made more than 48 hours prior to the reservation. Payment will be forfeited if cancellation were made within 48 hours prior to the reservation. Kindly be informed that refund amount will be deducted 5% processing fees. Please take note that any reservation time changes for reservations with special romantic table arrangement are required to be made more than 24 hours prior to the reservation.

Here’s the Rule. 1. A good restaurant will never serve bad looking food, no matter what the circumstances are. 2. If the food is rejected and feedback given to the Chef, under no circumstances should the Chef be giving lame excuses! Simple rule for effective hospitality. Last night my anticipation for a lovely evening was spoilt by exactly that faux pas!! Meet the world’s thinnest lemon tart and looking oh-so-under developed with half its base missing!! Reason given by Chef?: there was not enough batter. So to read that Pier 12 has a Chef who was trained in France? I have serious doubts over that claim! The French are passionate over their lemon tart!! Do you really want to return to a restaurant that killed your dining experience? No, thanks!

General My family and I come here every other Friday/Saturday/Sunday for the food and drinks. We always sit outside by the fan and love trying new items on the menu. This is the second time we have been here since they've changed the menu earlier this month. The Ambience Like I've mentioned we sat outside this time. We arrived at about 6.40pm so just before sun set. From our seating we can see the Menara KL and the sun set on it. At about 7.20pm the menara kl lights came on and the view was beautiful. The restaurant lights are also cozy. We were seated next to the fan which keeps us cool. However I must mention that we get whiffs of a drain-like aroma every 10 mins or so. But id say to overcome this you could sit inside. The Food The food menu changes every 6 months according to the waiter. This time I came, I ordered the salmon with cauliflower barley risotto. 5/5 best dish of the night. We also ordered the seafood aglio olio which was lovely. We ordered it last time.we also ordered the seafood chowder pie again with mantao buns. The soup was filling and the pastry matched well. We tried the chicken with palak paneer also. Id say this dish got a 4.5/5 just for its size/lack of quantity of the elements in comparison to the other dishes. The chef is phenomenal. The Service The service is 5☆(star). The staff has recognised us as regulars. We have gotten 20% off vouchers for future dines and they are in general very attentive and friendly. Staff Names : Faruk, Raju

We had dinner here. There was a happy hour for cocktails until 9 PM which made them cheap at 8 RM for a mojito! The food itself was also amazing. A bit pricy, but that is to be expected in this area. When you sit outside there is a nice relaxing ambience. The highlight of the night was the amazing service by mister Enam, who attended to all our needs, can take pictures for you as well. Him attending to our needs is what made our night perfect. If I am ever back in KL, I will be sure to come back.
