Eyepartner introduces The HD Wave v2 HD broadcast encoding softwareMay 19, 2011 (TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) -- IPTV solutions provider Eyepartner Inc announced on Thursday the launch of The HD Wave v2, a real-time H.264 HD broadcast encoding software. According to the company this solution reduces the required bitrates to deliver HD from the broadcaster to their audience. It allows media professionals to broadcast a 720p feed at 1.0Mb/s or in 1080p at 2.5Mb/s. The HD Wave will broadcast in various formats at bitrates up to 1920x1080 at 60fps. The solution may be private or 'white-labeled' to an OEM's brand, enabling manufacturers of video capture devices, PCs, switches and broadcasting hardware to package HD broadcasting as a new add-on feature.
