She recently released a video encouraging people to Move Your Body to lose weight - and Beyoncé certainly showed the benefits of exercise when she flaunted her super-toned body in an incredible metallic mesh bodysuit at the Billboard Music Awards last night.
The fringed silver creation, which looked like a bodysuit made from metallic twined macrame over flesh-coloured underwear and fishnet tights, exposed every inch of her fast-disappearing curves.

Afterwards, the star changed into a plunging, figure-hugging black Lanvin dress which she teamed with silver peeptoe Louboutins to meet the press at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
The performance in the raunchy web dress is a taste of what's to come when the star headlines Glastonbury Festival next month.
The star will be gracing the Pyramid Stage as she launches her latest solo album 4.
It's been three years since her latest release I Am... Sasha Fierce, which received mixed reviews from critics, but went on to sell over 15million copies worldwide.
