2017 NCSS Cherry Blossom Festival Congressional Reception
An annual event since the 1950s, the National Conference of State Societies [NCSS] Cherry Blossom Congressional reception draws numerous members of Congress and foreign diplomats, who will escort Cherry Blossom Princesses representing their respective states, territories, or embassies. Held at the U.S. Botanic Garden, Members of Congress and their staff, the Japanese Embassy, Capitol Hill journalists, international diplomats, and other VIP guests, mix and mingle while discussing the major issues of the day.

Doors 6:00pm, Program Start 6:30pm, Event End 8:30pm

Reception to follow official program. Appetizers and beverages will be served.
