4-Day Community Organizing Training
Organizing for Mission Network is offering our "Introduction to Community
Organizing" training in November. This multi-day training is designed to
equip leaders with the tools to begin building teams, launch listening campaigns,
build powerful public relationships, and essential fundraising skills. Participants will
workshop with experienced community organizers and trainers, network with other
faith leaders, and invest in their own development as organizers in their
communities. Participants will develop a context-based 90-day plan and will
receive 3 months of accompaniment with OFM organizers following the training
session. This is Part 1 of a 2-part training series (Part 2 will begin in Spring 2022 and
will build on the tools developed in Part 1).
