朝鮮学校だけを除外してるなら差別かもしれないけどな。
アメリカンスクールも、カナディアンインターナショナルスクールも、
インドネシア学校も、サンパウロ学校も、神戸ドイツ学院も、
日本の 学校教育法における「各種学校」はどこも無料化の対象外なので無料 にはしません。
でも朝鮮学校以外のどこも「俺のところも無料にしろ！」「差別だ！」とは
言ってきませんね。学校教育法における「高校」ではないのですから
当然ですけど。
