Thank you for your interest in purchasing the Play@Orchard Voucher Sale, jointly hosted by TTG.
Please find the terms & conditions of all vouchers purchased below.
Upon purchasing Holiday Inn Express Singapore Orchard Road's room vouchers, you shall be deemed to have accepted the following Terms & Conditions of vouchers:
Purchase of Vouchers: To purchase Holiday Inn Express Singapore Orchard Road's room voucher, please contact our dedicated reservation team at rsvn.sinex@ihg.com. Your inquiry will be responded within two working days. Each individual is entitled to only purchasing five vouchers.
Purchase Eligibility: All purchase has to be made by a person aged 18 years old and above.
Each room voucher purchased consists of a 2D1N stay at Holiday Inn Express Singapore Orchard Road's Standard Room, inclusive of
• Free Express Start breakfast
• Free Wi-Fi
• Free parking
• Free welcome drink for 2 (worth $10)
• Free pair of movie tickets (valid for 12 months)
• Free RM100 credit voucher for redemption at Holiday Inn Express Kota Kinabalu City Centre for stays between 1 Jan and 30 Dec 2021 (minimum 2 nights stay, redemption based on BFR rate)
Voucher Validity: All room vouchers purchased is valid for stay dates until Thursday, 30 December 2021.
Purchase of Vouchers: To facilitate each voucher purchase, our reservation team will be requesting the following information:
(a) Your Personal Information: This includes the legal first & last name, contact number, email address, and residential address.
(b) Credit Card Information: To process the charges of room voucher purchased, our reservation representative will provide a credit card authorization form for your perusal.
Alternatively, you can purchase the vouchers through (c) Bank Transfer or (d) PayNow

Your room voucher will be prepared once the above information has been processed successfully.
Voucher Redemption: To redeem the purchased voucher, please be informed of the following process:
(a) Making a reservation for Voucher Redemption:
Please contact our reservation team at rsvn.sinex@ihg.com with an e-copy of the voucher issued. Please note that room availability is subject to confirmation upon the time of reservation.
(b) Redemption of Voucher upon Arrival:
Please present the e-copy of the room voucher for redemption. The room voucher's recipient is required to be physically present for registration and be the primary guest throughout the length of stay.
Should there be any discrepancies, the Hotel reserves the right to forfeit the purchased voucher's redemption.
Should you purchase the voucher using credit card, please present the card for our verification.
Cancellation/Transfer of Voucher’s Ownership: Upon confirmation of the voucher purchase, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Transfer of voucher’s ownership is not allowed.
Time Frame of Voucher Preparation: Upon confirmation of the room voucher purchase, our reservation representative will revert with the e-copy of the room voucher within five working days.
Purchased / Gift Voucher Delivery: Upon confirmation of the room voucher purchase, the Hotel will arrange registered postage delivery to the recipient's residential address.
Amendments of Room Voucher Terms & Conditions: Holiday Inn Express Singapore Orchard Road reserves the right to make changes to the Room Voucher's Terms & Conditions, sale conditions, and quantity with no prior notice.
