Description

Prime Time Single Catholics of Northern Virginia (PTSC) is a social group dedicated to serving the needs of single Catholics, age 40 and over, throughout the entire northern Virginia and Washington D.C. area, who are free to marry by Catholic standards. This includes the never-married, widowed, or those with annulments.

The Arlington Catholic Herald called us a “hidden gem for older single Catholics ... it's got it all: faith, service, fun, and, perhaps most importantly, a community with shared values.”

About

Our Purpose

We are guided by a single overarching goal: serving God by serving single Catholics 40 years of age and over in the Washington, D.C., area. We were founded in 1977. Our goals are to share in Christian fellowship with one another through religious, social, cultural, community, and recreational activities, and to promote greater participation in our Catholic parishes.

A Sample of Activities

PTSC sponsors a variety of activities: social (dances, parties, picnics, annual banquet), community service (feeding the hungry at Christ House, sandwich-making at St. Luke's), religious (home Masses, Sunday Mass and brunch), cultural

(plays, museum visits, book discussions), recreational (beach weekends, hikes, excursions, golf), and dining out
