The cold weather and lingering snow showers have put a temporary halt to Rocktober.

Major League Baseball announced this morning that tonight’s Game 3 of the National League Division Series between the Rockies and the Phillies at Coors Field has been postponed. Game 3 has been rescheduled for Sunday at 8:07 p.m. (MDT).

Game 4 has been moved to Monday. The time for Game 4 will be announced prior to Sunday’s game.

According to ESPN.com, if the Yankees and Angels finish off sweeps of the Twins and Red Sox, respectively, on Sunday, the Phillies-Rockies game Monday is expected to be 5 p.m. MDT.

If one of the American League series is still alive, the Phillies and Rockies would tentatively play at 3 p.m. If both AL series are still going, the Phillies-Rockies game would be at noon.

Those fans with tickets for Game 3 use them for only for Sunday’s game. Those fans with tickets for Game 4 will use them for Monday’s game.

Game 5, if necessary, is scheduled for Tuesday at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.
