Please fill out this form if you own or work for a local restaurant offering take-out/delivery during this COVID-19 closure period and you would like to be listed in a directory for our parishioners. This is a list we are planning to publish Monday, March 30th as a short-term listing during this difficult time of restaurant closures. At this time we will only be including listings in the Tri-State area.

All submissions are due by 7pm Sunday, March 29th.
