Overview
Focusing on becoming stronger, healthier, and connected with your body is so much more important than staring at a scale.
Plus it's a positive goal, not a negative one! It's about getting healthier, not getting rid of fat.
You want to lift weights, because you know that cardio isn't cutting it. You want exercise that builds energy, strength and your metabolism.

But before you do that, you need to figure out how to not get hurt, because you're not really sure what to do in the gym and you've got this bad back/knee/hip/shoulder/ankle etc that you're worried about.
I'm here to tell you I do this with clients every day, and they are always shocked at how quickly the pain and lack of energy will fade away. I guarantee, you'll be shocked at how much you LOVE TRAINING.
About the Program
The Rookie to Rockstar team is the first step on that journey. It's a program you can do completely at home with a few simple tools - resistance bands, a yoga mat and a stable box for jumps.

If you aren't active, your body probably needs to learn how to move before you start lifting anything crazy. Our unique approach to movement ensures that you will be able to get a great, productive workout while improving and restoring your body to optimum function.
We believe that every client has an athlete within!
Even if you're already working out, we'll work with you on your form to make sure you're lifting correctly and, just like riding a bicycle, this will stay with you forever!
The Process:
- We start with a rigorous prescreen and find out about any previous injuries or nagging problems
- A personalized program is built around your needs, problems and experience
- We provide you with daily tips, motivation etc and make sure everyone is keeping on top of their program!
- Every two weeks we talk to you about your progress, any issues you're having etc
After all that? You'll get stronger. Once that happens building endurance, flexibility and speed are easy. We focus on strength first because it's the safest, fastest and most sustainable path to a healthier you.

About the Trainer
Coach Lamb has worked with over 600 clients and has experience second to none in building strong, healthy and injury free clients. He currently contributes to Fitocracy and his latest article can be found here.
After 25 years of training and 10 years as a professional strength coach he's figured out a tremendous amount on how to restore mobility, increase energy, awaken vitality and build strength.
