Congratulations on being accepted to the Educational Opportunity Program and on your admission to San Jose State University!

At First Contact, you will have the opportunity to meet the EOP Staff and learn about EOP services, polices, procedures and program expectations. All new incoming students are required to reserve a space for the mandatory EOP First Contact Program. Non-attendance will result in removal from EOP.

Complete the following two items by Sunday, December 1, 2013:
1. Register to attend or if you are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances, but wish to remain in EOP, please submit the EOP Status Appeal and indicate below that you will be filing an appeal.

2. The EOP Student Agreement must be acknowledged as read by submitting your electronic signature.
