DCSC Communities of Practice Participant Sign-Up Form
DCSC members are developing the tools, best practices, and habits to truly bring equity and inclusion to diverse student populations. Communities of Practice (CoP), a peer-to-peer learning model, will provide a platform for members to collaborate and learn from each other. DCSC will recruit expert facilitators to leverage the skills and expertise of members to learn from each other in spaces of collaboration and professional development. Participants, as well as broader membership, will improve their capacity to increase the number of high-quality seats filled by Black, Latinx, and low-income students.
The Diverse Charter Schools Coalition represents, advocates for, and supports 71 member schools and networks, which includes over 200 individual schools that serve over 90,000 students in 22 states and the District of Columbia. As an organization, the Coalition connects members with one other and with outside resources to help improve their practice.
Please complete this form to sign up for DCSC's Community of Practice (CoP) initiative. Please note that placements in CoP will be assigned based on two factors: 1) first-come, first-served basis and 2) ability to commit to all elements of the CoP. An individual can only sign up for themselves. CoP participants must be staff at DCSC member schools or network offices.
