I've used this for nearly 2 years and have had an overall great experience except for this week. I cannot see new visitors ip address, source or what items they are looking at. This option says check internet connection when I click on the new visitor. Clearly my internet connection is working. There must've been a recent update that I'm not happy with.

Please try and solve this issue I have been using this app until I updated it into the latest version and now I will receive a notification that I have a visitor on my website And I will click on it after loading some minutes it will go out of the app whole and return back to my Home page where there are other Apps And it doesn't indicate what the visitors is doing in the website, the position they are and the action they are taking in the website Please try as soon as possible to solve this

I have to keep a reminder on my phone to check this app every Friday to make sure it's working. 50/50 it has logged me out due to some update. And often I'll miss chas due to this. It's unreliable even for smaller business.
