THIS SURVEY IS FOR MENTEES (to sign up to get a mentor that would advise/help you). If you would like to be a mentor (that advises and helps their mentee(s)) please sign up at bit.ly/swms-mentor.

This survey is intended to provide insight into Mentee expectations and qualifications in order to create optimal Mentor-Mentee matches. All answers here will remain confidential. Select information will be shared with the mentee(s) for the purpose of introductions. The information shared between the mentor and mentee(s) is described in the SWMS Mentorship Program Description and Participant Agreement (http://bit.ly/SWMS-Agreement).

Based on previous responses, the frequency of meetings will be monthly at a minimum with the option to add more interaction via more meetings, emails, etc., as decided by the mentor and mentee(s).

If you will be away for fieldwork in the near future, please remember to set an away message for your email so there is less confusion when initial contact is made, and so that mentors know when to expect a response from their mentee(s).
