Graze is a new urban, Italian Restaurant in a casual setting in the “Sentral” of Kuala Lumpur. Step into Graze to enjoy an Italian dining experience. A refreshed look which plays on simplicity is enhanced with dark leather n wood tables, Rosemary pots, matte finished wooden flooring and black n white pictures if Italy as well as Italian music (Background Bossa Nova / Café Nostalgica playlist). Each dish is a homage to Italian cuisine yet bringing a modern touch in terms of plating and techniques to enhance it without losing the identity.

Great atmosphere with really friendly, outgoing staff. Huge menu with delicious, filling food. Good place to go with an empty stomach as it's easy to eat your weight in food here. I will definitely be returning.

Great service. Merlinah and Sean were wonderful. Food delicious! Fungi Soup and dessert ? If you are near KL Sentral this is a great option for nice food.

Graze Hilton KL hits the mark when it comes to both culinary excellence and impeccable service. A true gem in Kuala Lumpur's dining scene. The restaurant's team, namely Radzlan, Sean, Ethan, Afiq, and Navin, treated us like royalty from the moment we stepped in. Their attentiveness, infectious smiles, and deep knowledge of the menu elevated our experience beyond ordinary. The masterpiece of the evening was undoubtedly the MERLUZZO - Atlantic Cod with Potato Cream, Bell Pepper, and Oregano Caper Oil. This combination was an explosion of flavors, tantalizing every taste bud. A must-visit when in KL. Highly recommended for the exceptional treatment by the staff and food that truly impresses. Major applause to Team Graze. Five stars.

Excellent service from Sean and Marlah. My wife and I were very well attended and the food very delicious. Even arriving late, we were very well received.
