Watch out!!!
I am so angry! I am using your app for a long time but have to tell you that you are just fooling your customers!!! you stole my money in 2 occasions!! I was in Berlin a week ago. I used you in the airport, we were 2 couples and the price was 76 euros total. Every couple paid 40 and you said that I have to pay 5 euros more and that was a lie cause we paid extra!! The other occasion is that I tried ordering you in the app, it searched and searched and never found a free driver and we were in a hurry so I ordered a taxi- after 10 minutes I saw a 5 euros fee- for what??? You never find a driver so what should I pay you exactly?? You are just stilling money from people!! Everyone in my country is saying that and they are right!!! I am asking you to cancel this fee and also returning my 5 euros that I paid for nothing!!!!! Otherwise I’ll just post it everywhere
Uber redefines “amazing service”!
For some reason my uber eats was sent to the wrong address (which I never defined/been there), the driver couldn’t reach me, when she did (Dora) she was so kind, desperately trying to help) - in the meantime I mistakenly clicked “order delivered” 🤦🏻♀️
Not knowing what to do, I ordered a totally new order from another restaurant - and didn’t want to rate badly the other order, because Dora was so amazing!
I thought I lost almost 70$ - but when I navigated in the app to see what can be done, I managed to get a refund! For a delivery I (mistakenly) clicked “delivered” - and obviously was never delivered.
I’m amazed of the service, the process, the trust and professionalism.
Apps can be great, but the human touch is what makes them awesome.
Thanks Uber! You made my day :)
These 50% extra for busy hours..
Used Uber enough times to enjoy it until I found out my last trip I had to pay 50%! more on “busy” hours. A person from my group ordered Uber from the same area at the same time and was not charged extra. So discouraging and ruins the entire experience. Definitely not coming back.
